Behind a standalone Victorian-era cottage lies a brand-new artist’s studio and yoga school.
Passive heating and cooling is achieved through use of convective breeze, solar powered fans and hydronic radiators. Low louvres to the South draw in air across the floor where yoga students are practising, with high Northern windows pulling the hot air out.
Recycled timber lines the floor and walls, including the freestanding dividing wall that facilitates the Aerial yoga equipment and a private storage/ change room space behind.
