Constructed over a weekend for the Corridor Project Cowra’s workshop programme, ‘Architectural Interventions’, Cave Urban worked with artists and weavers to create a suspended pod woven from natural materials. Inspired by a weaverbird’s nest, ‘Drop in’ was crafted from endemic invasive species gathered from site including local reed, cumbungi and western white cedar in combination with bamboo recycled from Sydney Design Week.
